Guy Minetti
Chief Executive Officer
Guy Minetti joined YouRenew as CEO in November, 2009. Prior to joining YouRenew, Guy was the founder and Managing director of Senior Resource Advisors LLC, a management consulting firm. Before founding Senior Resource Advisors LLC, Mr. Minetti served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of 1-800-Flowers.Com, Inc., a publicly-held specialty gift retailer based in Westbury, New York. Before joining 1-800-Flowers.Com, Inc. in September 2000, Mr. Minetti was the Managing Director of Bayberry Advisors, an investment banking firm he founded in 1989 to provide corporate finance advisory services to small-to-medium sized businesses. From 1981 through 1989, Mr. Minetti was a Managing director of the investment banking firm, Kidder, Peabody & company. While at Kidder, Peabody, Mr. Minetti worked in the investment banking and high yield bond departments.
Bob Casey
Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Bob Casey founded YouRenew in the Spring of 2008 with the goal of building a company to address the immense problem posed by electronic waste. Prior to starting YouRenew, Bob started a number of other companies, including a beverage distribution firm, an employment website, and a transit company. As Chief Operating Officer, Bob oversees all of YouRenew's device processing, refurbishing, and resale activities. Bob is a fellow of the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute and serves as a Commissioner on the New Haven Development Commission. Bob has a BA in Economics from Yale University.
Joe Pappalardo
Director of Business Development
Joe Pappalardo joined CorporateRenew in 2009 as Director of Business Development. Prior to CorporateRenew, Joe was a Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley in their Private Wealth Management Division. Joe has also worked at Octagon, a sports management firm based out of McLean, VA, and at the New York based real estate management firm Newmark Knight Frank. Since joining CorporateRenew, Joe has focused on corporate sales and development. Joe earned a BA in History from Yale University where he was a member of the men’s varsity lightweight rowing team.
Perrin Hamilton
Director of Corporate Accounts
Perrin Hamilton joined the team at CorporateRenew in December of 2009. At CorporateRenew Perrin is responsible for managing device disposal programs for corporate clients in need of customized and efficient recycling solutions. Prior to working at CorporateRenew, Perrin worked as a consulting analyst at Canon USA Inc and Ciber Inc. Perrin is active with his high school alma mater, The Haverford School, and has served on the board of directors for the Saint Anthony Trust of Hartford. Perrin earned a BA in History from Trinity College where he was a member of the men's heavyweight rowing team.
