On-Site Data Wipe: In 2009 CorporateRenew was contracted by a New York based financial services firm to implement a mobile device recycling program that would meet their unique security needs. The internal challenge was that all devices had to be wiped to the manufacturer standard on-site. Given the labor associated with wiping devices and the relatively fast accumulation of retired mobile devices, the Client was hard pressed to prepare devices for reuse at the same rate as devices were decommissioned.

Solution: In response, CR developed a quarterly on-site data wipe program in which trained technicians visit the client location to inventory, wipe and package the devices for transit, thereby eliminating the administrative burden of wiping devices while also addressing the security requirements.

Centralized Reporting: A large media holding company needed a recycling program that could provide a uniform recycling process to numerous subsidiary companies. The program required an automated process through which admins from numerous locations across the United States and Canada could download labels, track their orders and view reports in one central location. Additionally, the program manager needed to present environmental and financial statistics from the program in aggregate.

Solution: In response, CR developed an online recycling portal through which the client and its subsidiairies could request shipping labels, track their orders and view an array of detailed reports both on an individual order basis and in aggregate across all sub-programs. The portal was made accessible at any time by an admin with a login ID. This platform has since been utilized for multiple holding companies, healthcare operators, and enterprises with regional subdivisions.

Remote Users: A large US based consulting firm with over forty satellite locations nationwide was in need of a laptop and tablet recycling program that would allow remote employees to access shipping labels from any location. Additionally, the program manager wanted to know from which locations each devices were received.

Solution: In response, CorporateRenew created a landing page accessible to all of the firm's employees. By linking to the page and filling out a short form, any employee could generate a shipping label, ship and track their corporate issued phone from any location. Additionally, all phones processed through the landing page were available to the program manager in an aggregate report updated hourly.

Charity Fundraiser: A large real estate investment firm contracted CorporateRenew to manage marketing and fulfillment of an Earth Day mobile recycling charitable fundraiser. The drive was to be conducted annually across nearly two hundred commercial sites. Given the competitive nature of the program across each site, CorporateRenew was asked to provide location specific tracking and reporting for each specific commercial site.

Solution: In response, CorporateRenew leveraged its pre-existing technology platform to track donations on a site by site basis. Via this platform the client was able to view all fundraising activity across all sites live and through a centralized reporting system.
